The Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians

Under the direction of the Environmental Director, this position is responsible for assisting with the development, analysis, management, and coordination of the Tribe’s Environmental Department. This includes working cooperatively in the recruitment and management of ongoing federal and state grants and contracts, manage multiple tribal programs and staff in the areas of Environmental Protection, Water Quality, Air Quality, Solid Waste, Natural Resources Management, NEPA & TSCA compliance and others.

Under the direction of the Tribal Administrator, the Public Works Manager will assist in the supervision of the reservation’s Public Works Department. This position will manage the activities of construction, repair, maintenance, and operational work on the reservation streets, parks, various infrastructures, trees, streetscapes and right of ways.
