The Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians desires to build a tribal government founded on the principle that service on behalf the Rincon people and land is the highest good.
The Mission of the Human Resources Department is to train, and promote employees that share the tribe’s vision for self-sufficiency, economic and environmental sustainability, and the delivery of quality services.
This includes developing, publicizing, and administering policies that facilitate the recruitment, retention, and development of a productive and professional workforce.
The goal of the Human Resources Department is to deliver prompt, courteous, and professional services to the Rincon Tribal Government and government employees.
The department achieves this by following established standards and methodologies for collecting, processing, and disseminating all information pertaining to employees.The Department provides a full range of services that include well-designed programs in recruitment and staffing, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and benefits.
