Mission Statement
Human Resources is dedicated to providing quality services and maintaining a positive and respectful work environment that will attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce committed to serving the Tribal Membership with excellent customer service.
Department Overview
It is the guiding principle of the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians to pursue their business goals through the successful and well organized use of its employees. It is the responsibility of Human Resources to develop, publicize, and administer policies to facilitate the recruitment, retention and development of a productive and professional workforce.
Human Resources mission is to Provide prompt, courteous, and professional human resources services to the Rincon Tribal Government. We accomplish our mission by following established standards and methodologies for collecting, processing, and disseminating all information pertaining to employees.
Human Resources provides a full range of services that include well-built programs in recruitment and staffing, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and benefits. Human Resources administrative function excels in record management, leave management, safety, and training.
Human Resources will continue to partner in developing and executing the Business Committee’s strategic goals. Human Resources is dedicated to the continual growth and success of the Rincon Tribal Government by utilizing innovative and appropriate technology to accomplish our mission.
Transparency in Coverage (TIC)
This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage (TIC) Rule and includes service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
