Mission Statement

The Information Technology office will provide the highest quality technology-based services, in the most cost-effective manner, to facilitate services for the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians.

To meet this Mission we will:

• Provide effective technology support for all Government departments and Gaming Commission.
• Promote and facilitate the effective integration of technology.
• Develop and maintain highly effective, secure, innovative, and reliable technology systems to support all the Government and Gaming functions.
• Develop, manage, and enhance the Government’s and Gaming Commission’s networks to provide high-speed, highly functional, and transparent connectivity among all technology resources.
• Facilitate the security, integrity, storage, and collection of electronic data while ensuring appropriate access.
• Promote new uses of information technology within the Government and Gaming Commission.
• Provide the leadership for effective strategic and tactical planning in the use of technology.
• Provide fast & reliable access to all technology systems.
