Request for Proposals – Wellhead Protection Plan Development

The Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a Wellhead Protection Plan for two community public water systems located on the Rincon Reservation in northern San Diego County, California.
The purpose of this project is to identify groundwater areas contributing flow to the Tribe’s public water supply wells, assess potential sources of contamination, and develop strategies to protect the Tribe’s drinking water resources.
The project budget is $50,000. The selected consultant will be expected to complete the final Wellhead Protection Plan by August 31, 2026.
