This position is responsible to assist with maintaining the function of the Rincon Gaming Commission Background Department in all aspects of its operation.

Environmental Administrative Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Environmental Director, the Environmental Coordinator will develop, implement, and coordinate environmental activities consistent with Rincon Tribe’s goals of environmental justice and stewardship. This position is responsible for providing the administrative and project coordination for environmental and water quality projects as required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) General Assistance Program (GAP) and Tribal Clean Water Act (CWA) grants.

HR Administrative Assistant I

This position supports all administrative related duties at the professional level to ensure the effective administration of the Rincon Tribal Organization’s Human Resource policies and procedures. Support Human Resources staff in assigned project base work. Coordinates, schedules, and handles both internal and external calls, meetings and training sessions.

Tribal Law Enforcement Officer

The role of Tribal Law Enforcement Officer is highly influential to the efficient functioning of the Rincon Tribal Government. Under general direction of the Tribal Law Enforcement Manager and supervision of the Lead Tribal Law Enforcement Officer, the Tribal Law Enforcement Officer will assist in the implementation of a uniform “Observe and Report” patrol team for the Rincon Reservation.

Communications Operator

Under the general direction of the Tribal Law Enforcement Manager, the Communications Operator will be responsible for securing and recording information as to the exact location and circumstances of all emergency and non-emergency requests for service.

Landscape Technician

This position under the direction of the Utilities Supervisor responsible for the extensive maintenance and operations of Tribal Facilities and Reservation Beautification Program.

IT Help Desk Technician

Under general direction from the IT Director, the Information Technology (IT) Help Desk Technician will perform highly responsible administrative and technical work in the development and operation of the Tribal Government’s information systems.

Site Monitor

This position under the direction of the Environmental Management is responsible for the prevention, collection, and on-site monitoring of excavations and work areas on Tribal lands.
