Report an Environmental Hazard
The Rincon Environmental Department needs your help to report spills or dumping on the Rincon Reservation that are hazardous to human health or the environment. Please follow one of the below links to fill out a form or call (760)-749-1051 and ask for the Environmental Department. The Rincon Environmental Department will investigate the spill or dumping to determine whether it poses a hazard to human or environmental health and will take steps to resolve the issue if it poses a threat.
